Molly A. Ullrich

Molly A. Ullrich, is an Associate Attorney who handles a mixed practice of Criminal Defense and Traffic cases. After working for the Firm for two years as a legal intern, she was admitted to the Bar and has rapidly gained experience in the Courts of Colorado. Molly is vigorous and effective advocate for her clients. She  takes the time to understand them as a person, effectively explains their options under the law, and works tirelessly at achieving the best possible outcome.

Prior to working for Smith & Weidinger, Molly obtained courtroom experience as an intern with the Albany County Prosecutors’ Office in Wyoming, and also with the Augusta County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office in Virginia.

Molly proudly obtained her law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law and served as President of the Equal Justice Wyoming chapter while in attendance there. Before that, she completed a Bachelor of Arts degree program in Political Science with an emphasis in National Security at Virginia Tech.
